Dr. Todd W. Garcia Dr. Garcia grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Following graduation, he served for five years in the U.S. Navy. He attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. His wife, Alena, is an orthodontist in Apex. They have two children, Courtney and Ethan. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis and playing with his children.

Tammy Byrd Dental Hygienist Tammy was born right here in Cary. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Fayetteville Technical College in 1996. She has a son, Courtney, and a daughter, Hillary. Both kids are in college.
